We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training on Hardware Asset Management Pro and IT Asset Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ServiceNow HAM Pro training and workshops.
• Train users on hardware asset lifecycle and asset management processes
• .Cover procurement, receiving, inventory, stockroom, transfer, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Explain CMDB, Discovery, asset relationships, and data management.
• Provide hands-on exercises and real-world implementation scenarios.
• Prepare training materials, exercises, and documentation.
• Assess participant understanding and provide guidance.
• Support organizations in establishing effective HAM processes and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro.
• Good understanding of ITAM, HAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementation, consulting, or training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business users.

Experience: 5+ years in ITAM/HAM, preferably with ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation and training experience.
