Looking for a candidate with experience as a ServiceNow SAM Pro Analyst, available to work in the UK shift.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training on Software Asset Management Pro and SAM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ServiceNow SAM Pro training and workshops.
• Train users on software asset lifecycle and license management.
• Cover software discovery, normalization, reconciliation, compliance, and optimization.
• Explain software models, entitlements, contracts, and license positions.
• Provide hands-on exercises and real-world SAM scenarios.
• Prepare training materials, exercises, and documentation.
• Train teams on license compliance, optimization, and reporting.
• Share SAM best practices and implementation guidance.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Good knowledge of Software Asset Management and software licensing.
• Understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Software Models, and reconciliation.
• Experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation, consulting, or training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience: 5+ years in SAM/ITAM, preferably with ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation and training experience.
